HOW TO FERMENT VEGETABLES TO CREATE A NATURAL PROBIOTIC?

 

  1. Fill a mason jar with water

  2. Add some salt

  3. Add your favourite vegetables

  4. Cover it loosely

  5. Keep in the refrigerator for a week
