How to Make a Castor Oil Pack?

YOU WILL NEED

Soft Cloth or Gauze
Organic Castor Oil
Heat Pack
Towel of Plastic Sheet
Essential Oils

 

  1. In a glass bowl soak the gauze or soft cloth in the organic castor oil.

  2. If you are using essential oils, add 2-3 drops into your castor oil.

  3. Place over the abdomen or affected area, directly on the skin.

  4. Cover with a towel or plastic sheet.

  5. Lay Heat Pad on top ensuring that it is not too hot.

  6. For best results leave the castor oil pack on for 40-60 minutes.

Suggested essential oils you can use in your castor oil pack include Clove, Peppermint, Lavender, Frankincense and Copaiba. If you would like more specific recommendations feel free to contact us.

Contraindications for doing castor oil packs include pregnancy, internal bleeding disorders and during menstruation. Always consult with your medical practitioner if you are unsure about your suitability for any therapy.
