  • Use your fingers or knuckles to tap the various spots.

  • Tap vigorously on each set of spots for 20 seconds.

Thump 1 - K-27 Points

Located below your collarbone.
Tap these points for 20 seconds.

 

Thump 2 - Your Thymus Point
Located in the centre of your sternum at the thymus gland.
Tap this point for 20 seconds.



Thump 3 - Neurolymphatic Spleen Points
Located beneath the breasts in line with your nipples and down one rib.
Tap this point for 20 seconds.

 

Thump 4 - Under Eye Points
Located on the cheekbones beneath the eyes.
