Although guests will book a package at the time of reservation, the protocols within that package will only be decided when the medical team understands what is truly needed. After taking into account medical history, arriving guests have an initial assessment followed by a series of diagnostics such as Zell-Screening, to identify mineral deficiencies and levels of heavy metal toxicity at a cellular level, and the Oberon Diagnostic Machine, a non-invasive, non-linear analysis system that ‘listens in’ on the body, measuring the vibrations of individual cells down to their molecular structure. Our medical team then watches and learns because as much as everyone with a chronic illness has common symptoms, everyone’s body is different and their needs will also differ greatly.
By observing and monitoring a guest’s progress, the team will be able to alter or tweak packages to ensure that every guest gets the optimum benefit from their rehabilitation programme. This is not a pick ‘n’ mix approach to healthcare where you choose what treatments you’d like to experience – our medical team will be the ones to suggest and recommend the right treatments and therapies to get the right results for you.
Our priority is to help you become a healthier version of yourself – and you have our support from the moment you make that first call.
Whether it’s help with travel arrangements or booking accommodation or finding the best place for organic food, we will do everything in our power to make your Neomed journey as stress-free as possible.
For those worried about travelling alone, we want you to know that if you can manage at home then you can manage at Neomed. However, if potential guests need assistance at home, they should bring that support with them.
As many of our therapies are intravenous, some people are rightly concerned that after a long illness their veins will be unable to cope with further intrusions, meaning they will miss out on vital therapies. Again, we ask people not to worry; we have very experienced nurses, many of whom have worked in emergency rooms, and if they have difficulties locating a vein, a PICC line can always be fitted. Likewise, any guests with allergies, or even phobias, about various treatments will find a sympathetic response from our team who will look for the best possible alternatives.
At Neomed, we run a caring and supportive centre, but it is important to know that our rehabilitation programmes are hard work. Diets must be followed and there will be tough days ahead. However, we will be with you, walking by your side every step of the way on your Path to Wellness. For those needing a little extra help, we can also offer professional psychological support.
The simple truth is, we cannot perform magic at Neomed, we cannot cure you of an incurable chronic illness, but we do have the knowledge, the experience and the facilities to help you heal. And even when your programme is done, the journey continues. When guests leave Neomed they take with them a full rehabilitation protocol complete with recommendations and advice on how to apply that protocol.
Everyone at Neomed is proud of the work we do, the help we give and the results we achieve. We make a difference to people’s lives, and that’s why people choose us.
At Neomed Institute we look forward to becoming part of your healing process, but we know how daunting travel to a foreign country can be, which is why we offer a free video call consultation with our director to help you decide whether Neomed is the right place for you.
If you wish to proceed with your visit, we then book you in and ask for a deposit to secure your place. Required medical forms need to be completed along with any blood tests advised by our medical team, with the results sent to us before you arrive.
Our team will provide you with an accommodation list and some transfer options so we can make your time at Neomed as stress-free as possible. Anything you need, we’ll do our best to arrange.
